Return Policy
- Return Window: If you receive an item that is damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mygiftbazarcare@gmail.com/+91 7289873085. With in 3 business days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as any non-returnable items, e.g., custom items or personalized products, are not eligible for returns. In case of cancellation post order dispatch, the personalised product cost + shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Refund Policy

- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
- Shipping Costs & Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Cancellation after dispatch incurs, the shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be applicable
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as items returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.
