1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your order arrives on time for every occasion.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Free for orders above ₹500)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Please note that processing time may extend during peak festive seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
3. Personalized vs Non-Personalized Orders

- All Locations: 4–5 working days.
- All Locations: 4–5 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
4. Packaging & Gift Wrapping
All gifts are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Optional gift wrapping is available for an additional fee of ₹100 at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Multiple Addresses
Currently, each order can be shipped to one address only.
If you wish to send gifts to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
7. Order Issues & Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
If you notice any issue with your shipping details, contact our support email immediately.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In rare cases of loss or damage, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
9. Holiday Shipping
During high-demand periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.
We recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
